How do I enquire about a service?
Choose a service and use its WhatsApp button, call 0708 832 689 or 0739 438 363, or send the form on our contact page.
Is Hirram Services affiliated with the government?
No. We are an independent business that helps you with government online processes. Decisions on applications are made by the relevant authority.
Do you serve clients outside your town?
Yes. Many services can be handled remotely on WhatsApp for clients anywhere in Kenya. Where a step must be done in person, we tell you where to go.
Is my information safe?
We only collect what a service requires, keep it confidential and delete it when it is no longer needed. Read our privacy policy for details.
Fees & payment
Are government fees included in your service charge?
No. Official fees (for example on eCitizen) are paid directly to the authority and are separate from our service charge. We confirm both amounts before starting.
How do I pay?
We confirm accepted payment methods when you contact us. Official fees are always paid through the official channel so you get an official receipt.
Do you give refunds?
If we have not started work, yes. Official fees already paid to an authority are governed by that authority’s rules. See our terms for details.
Applications
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No one can honestly guarantee that — approval is the authority’s decision. What we do is make sure your application is complete and accurate, which gives it the best chance.
Why do I need to go somewhere in person?
Some processes require biometrics, fingerprints or a medical examination. These steps must be done by you at the official location.
Can you help if my application was rejected?
Yes. Share the rejection message and we will help you understand why and what to correct.
Computer training
Will I receive a certificate after computer packages training?
Yes. A certificate is issued after you complete the training and meet the completion requirements. Confirm the course content, duration and certificate details before enrolling.
Do I need any experience?
No. The course starts from the basics, and we adjust the pace for each learner.
How do I register?
Use the online registration form on the Training Fees & Registration page or contact us on WhatsApp.
Websites & marketing
How long does it take to build a website?
A simple business website usually takes one to three weeks once we have your content. Larger sites take longer — we agree on a timeline first.
Will my website appear on Google?
We build every site with SEO basics in place and submit it to Google. Ranking takes time and depends on competition and content; our SEO service can help speed that up.
Do you manage social media pages?
Yes, through our social media management and content creation services.
