Simple process

How It Works

Getting help is straightforward. Here is exactly what happens from your first message to the finished result.

Four simple steps

  1. 1

    Choose a service

Browse our services or simply tell us what you are trying to get done. If you are not sure which service you need, describe your situation and we will point you in the right direction.

  2. 2

    Contact Hirram

WhatsApp or call 0708 832 689 (or 0739 438 363), visit us, or send the online enquiry form. We reply with the requirements, our service charge, any official fees and the expected timeline.

  3. 3

    Prepare & confirm

You gather the documents and details on the checklist. We check them with you before anything is submitted, so mistakes are caught early.

  4. 4

    We get it done together

We complete the process with you, keep you updated and share receipts, confirmations or next-step instructions at the end.

Ways to work with us

On WhatsApp

Most services can be started remotely. Send your request and we will guide you step by step.

By phone

Prefer to talk? Call us and we will explain the process in plain language.

In person

Bring your documents and we will work through the process with you.

Payments & transparency

Before any work starts we confirm two things separately: our service charge, and any official fee payable to the authority (for example through eCitizen or iTax). Official fees are always paid through the official channel and you receive the official receipt.

We will never ask for your passwords to be shared publicly, and we encourage you to change any temporary password after a process is complete.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical application take?
Our part is usually done the same day once your documents are ready. Processing time after submission depends on the authority — we tell you the usual timeline upfront.
Can I start a service without visiting your office?
Yes. Many services can be started on WhatsApp. Some processes require you to appear in person somewhere (for example fingerprints or biometrics) and we will tell you when that is the case.
