Last updated: 28 October 2026
By using this website or our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our services
Hirram Services provides assistance with online applications and documentation, computer training, career services, travel bookings, web design and digital marketing. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with any government agency.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents
- Review all details before we submit anything on your behalf
- Keep your own passwords secure and change temporary passwords after a service
- Attend any in-person steps (such as biometrics or examinations) yourself
3. Fees and payment
Our service charge is confirmed before work begins. Official government or third-party fees are separate, paid through the official channel, and governed by that authority’s rules. Web design and marketing projects follow the payment terms in the agreed proposal.
4. Refunds
If you cancel before we start work, we refund our service charge. Once work has started, refunds are considered case by case. Official fees paid to an authority cannot be refunded by us.
5. Outcomes
Decisions on applications are made solely by the relevant authority. We do not guarantee approval, timelines or outcomes. See our Service Disclaimer.
6. Training
Certificates are issued upon meeting completion requirements, including attendance, assessment and full payment of fees. Class schedules may be adjusted with notice.
7. Websites and marketing
Ownership of website content and design transfers to the client upon full payment, except third-party software and licences. Search rankings and advertising results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Prohibited use
We will not assist with any request involving false information, forged or altered documents, or anything unlawful, and we may decline or stop any service on these grounds.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide, decisions of third-party authorities, or service outages of government portals.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
